What Is Your Return Policy?

If you aren’t completely satisfied we will replace, exchange, or return your new product. Buyer is responsible for all replace, exchange, and return shipping charges. In the extremely rare case of a defective item, Chloe Reese will cover the shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@chloereese.com to discuss your needs.

How Soon Will I Get My Products?

Very soon we hope. But to be more specific…our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) upon receipt of payment. If you need an item by a specific date make sure to say so in the notes section when checking out. If you need your order NOW! rush shipping is available for an additional charge. We ship via United States Postal Services either first class (5-7 days) or priority (3-5 days) it is your choice. Your package is placed in a confection bag or tissue paper and then put in a padded mailer or box depending on the size & type of order.

What Is The Difference Between Pinch Clips and Snap Clips?

It is a bit confusing so–check out the pictures and read on for a few details. Our pinch clips come lined with satin or grosgrain ribbon and are left clean on the bottom for easy slide- in. The top is lined with Vel-Cro for a stay-put fit. Snap clips are covered with satin ribbon and bend open and shut. If you are attaching the clips to bands we suggest the snap clip because pinch clips pop up a touch higher on one side.

What Is The Difference Between Small Adjustable and Large Adjustable?

Small adjustable is approximately 13-16 inches fitting most newborns-12 months. Large adjustable is approximately 15-20 inches fitting most six month olds-Adult. If you’re not sure, go ahead and measure her little head starting at the top going around and under her hairline.

What Nylon Band Should I Order?

Why, some of each, of course! If she is a newborn to about one year old the regular nylon bands fits best. They are the softest and are a favorite for just-born babies. The medium nylon bands starts fitting at about four months and is a touch thicker. It is really stretchy and should fit forever so you, your teenager, and toddler can all share.

Can I Wash My Nylon Bands?

Since your baby has worn her–and your!– favorite nylon band since birth it may need a little rub-a- dub-dubbing. Using a gentle liquid detergent and warm water, simply rub it with your fingers and lay flat to dry. Not only does it look as good as new, but it will also regain its stretch. Flowers, regular headbands, and your children are not machine washable.

What Is The Best Way To Store My Chloe Reese Products?

We know you want your hair accessories to not only last forever, but to stay looking as good as new. To increase the longevity of your products, we suggest keeping them out of pockets, out of puppies mouths, and out of the bottom of backpacks. Ribbon boards are a great way to keep them from roughing each other up in a stuffed drawer. They also make it easy to find the right color in a hurry.
